Part-time Job

Students have the opportunity to take on a part-time job alongside their studies. There are both part-time jobs directly related to your studies and others (e.g. in catering, logistics, production, childcare, etc.). Jobs that are related to your studies are not offered as often in Lübeck and hard to find. In any case, make sure that you allow yourself plenty of time to find a job. Do not expect to be able to finance yourself from your first day in Lübeck through a side job. The more advanced your German language skills are, the easier it will be to find a side job.
